Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B Hons, University of Dar es salaam. He is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society (Association of Tanzania Mainland Bar and East Africa Law Society. He has attended various seminar organized by Tanganyika Law Society.

With seven (7) years of experience as Advocate of the High Court and subordinate Courts thereto (with a notable appearance in all divisions of the High Court), Boniface is well acquainted with drafting, transacting, representing, scheming, reviewing and consulting on legal matters.

Having Consulted for Companies, Corporations, Associations and Institutions Boniface has acquired a vast understand between the law and the day to day operations of businesses.

Key specializations are litigation, mining, conveyance, finance / banking mediation (alternative dispute resolutions), real estates, employment, land, international trade, corporate and commercial laws with focus on companies, contracts (drafting, enforcing and reviewing),joint ventures, agency, aviation, liquidation and corporate recovery, restricting, investments and crediting.
