Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons, Mzumbe University, MBA Esami / MsM). A member of Tanganyika Law Society (Association of Tanzania Mainland Bar and East Africa Law Society.

Ipanga has over three (3) years experience as Advocate of the High Court and subordinate Courts thereto.

In his legal career he focuses on operations of authorities and agencies (executive and non executive), utilities, resources and environment, torts, intellectual property, contracts, legal research and writing, drafting and project planning, criminal and civil litigations.

Ipanga has also acquired work experience as a legal officer at Loomu – Ojare & Co. Advocates, one of the reputable firm based in Arusha, Tanzania for three (3) years.
