Labour & Employment

The department of Labour & Employment matters will provide with:-

• Legal Advice on all Labour and Employment matters according the Tanzanian Labour Laws.
  
  
• Representation at all levels of Labour Courts, including Commission for Mediation and Arbitration, High Court Labour, Division & Court of Appeal.

• Preparation and drafting on Employment contracts, Employment Manuals & code of conduct.
