Probate & Administration

The department of probate, administration of Estates and Trusts  provides:-

• Legal advice on the need to write wills and execution thereof.

• Representation of parties in court of Law in pursuing probate of wills and letters of administration of the deceased estates.

• Re-sealing and enforcement of probate and letters of administration granted outside Tanzania.

• Advise on all matters regarding the laws on succession, probate and administration.
